2380599 - Untrusted Font Blocking feature prevents the loading of Fiori fonts

Symptom

When activating the "Untrusted Font Blocking" feature in Windows 10, fonts are not loaded in the Fiori launchpad:

In the console.log of the browser you can see the following error:

CSS3111: @font-face encountered unknown error
sap-launch-icons.eot
sap-launch-icons.ttf
