2380639 - Enable Past Week Modifications for Time Sheet

Users are unable to change their time sheet in the past even though Amissibility is configured.

The following error is displayed:

"Sorry, no time recording profile is assigned to you. Please contact your system administrator."

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Go to users Time Sheet and try to edit a record after their hire date.

i.e. This user was hired 17th of July and he would like to edit the time records for 5th of October.

 

-Check RBP.

-The Admissibility is configure correctly.

-Check user's Employment Information> Time Information: check this user has a time recording profile and the Admissibility assigned.

Please check the employee's history and check when was the 'Time Recording Profile' assigned to this user.

Users will not be able to make changes before the 'Time Recording Profile' assigned date even though Admissibility is configured.
