Symptom

Can we upgrade the “Fiori User Experience” to see an updated user interface in “My Forms” Inbox under “Form status” and not for other Modules?

Resolution

  1. We can upgrade the Fiori User Experience through Admin Center
  2. Upgrade Center -> Fiori User Experience 2016*
  3. When enabled, users who access Performance Management Forms, 360 Multi-Rater forms and Compensation Forms will see an updated User Interface in “My Forms” Inbox under “Form Status”.
  4. However, enabling Fiori User Experience 2016 will impact ALL Modules, not just the forms Inbox. 

 

User Interface improvements have been made to:

  1. Form Status – Aggregate
  2. Form Status – Individual

Note:

To show forms when selecting Current Period as Date Range, go to Admin Center > Performance Management Date Range. Update the Current Period Starts On and Current Period Ends On.

To show the  templates in the Process Type selection, go to Admin Center > Processes and Forms. Click Create New. Enter the Process Name then Add the templates in the Selected template box. Select Rating Scale Settings. Click Save to finish.
