2380948 - Help text is not available after upgrade to People Profile

• After upgrading the UI to People Profile, the 'Help' icon that appears in each portlet with Employee Central no longer exists
• Issue only occurs when using People Profile, does not exist when using v12 UI

1. Navigate to Personal Information or Employment Information
2. The icon for 'Help' no longer exists in People Profile
3. Icon appears as follows within v12 UI:

• The issue was raised to Engineering as a product enhancement and will be fixed in a future release

• As a recent enhancement this option is available at the moment in some Employee Profile portlets such as Personal Information, Talent Information, Job Information, Badge, Work Experience, Functional Experience, Formal Education, etc. and can be configured from Configure People Profile.
• This only refers to the block text, and is not the EC helptext, which is a seperate feature
• To configure EC Help Text, please follow the People Profile configuration guide
  
• Engineering is working on an enhancement to add this functionality to other portlets in People Profile in a future release
• Currently there is no estimated availability date for this enhancement
• The issue can be tracked internally under JIRA: EDU-8395 and ECT-56868
