2380953 - Utilities Cannot Be Integrated With SAP CRM

Symptom

The Integration of Utilities work centre with an SAP CRM system is not supported.

SAP CRM

Reproducing the Issue

You are using integration of SAP C4C with SAP CRM only and are trying to set up the Utilities work centre.

Although you can set up parts and create Service Locations, there is no possibility of finding Premises, nor can you find documentation for the set-up with SAP CRM.

Cause

This is no longer supported for SAP CRM.

Resolution

This is expected system behavior. Support is only available for SAP ERP.
