Symptom

In transaction CV02N, when a user tries to access a Document Info Record (DIR) the following error is displayed:
"Digital signature process has not been completed yet" - Message No. 26191Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
