For the SAP Enterprise Inventory and Service-Level Optimization (EIS) application, you are observing one or more of the following symptoms:
- You are loading a model and the model appears to be stuck.
- You can access the login screen, but when you try and login you are unable to.
In conjunction with the above symptoms you see the following errors in the EIS application log:
Caused by: com.smartops.persistence.PersistenceException: SQLException caught
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
