2382100 - Behaviour of date filter on RMK career site

When a date filter is used to narrow down the job search then the filtered jobs will contain those jobs which were posted between the current date and the reference date used in filter.

This is the expected behaviour of system per its design.

The date filter will return jobs that have a reference date that equals to or newer than the entered date
