2382141 - Adhoc reports showing skipped status when reporting Candidate Aplication Audit Trail - Recruiting Management

When reporting the Candidate Application Audit Trail via adhoc report, all skipped statuses are showing.

Create an adhoc report that includes the Application Status Category column found in App Status Audit Trail:

Once the report is generated you will see that Skipped statuses will also be included in the report.

This is working as expected, Application Status column will show all application status including skipped statuses.

To filter out the skipped statuses in adhoc reports:

1. Add the column Skipped Status under App Status Audit Trail

2. Go to Filters tab and look for Skipped Status under App Status Audit Trail

3. Use the By My Selection filter option and select the Not Skipped Status.

4. Run the report and you will have the correct statuses for the candidates.
