2382149 - Issue with viewing Lumira documents in BI Launchpad after installation

Symptom

  • Not able to view Lumira documents after Lumira Server for BI Platform installation in a clustered environment]
  • When right click on the Lumira document, "View" option is missing and option list contains dummy variables
  • Options are shown as below:

  • Or - view option is missing entirely, documents may be visible in CMC (Central Management Console), but not in BI Launchpad
  • SAP Lumira application is also missing in BI Launchpad
