2382186 - Promotion of Design Studio Dashboards fails with an error

• Promotion of Design Studio (DS) Dashboards fails. The promotion jobs only indicate that they failed. 

• This affects both live to live as well as lcmbiar import.  However It works fine for Webi reports.

• When promoting from live to live environments , we see errors similar to below.

• When promoting from BIAR to Live – when importing the .lcmbiar file (with 1 DS dashboard document), it fails with a different error
