2382530 - Fiori Client fails to load SAML Authentication "Error: Error Loading View" - FC/KAP

Symptom

Custom Fiori Client fails to load SAML Authentication with Internal HTTP 500 Error "Error Loading View : Please close and re-open your browser.  If the problem persist, please contact your helpdesk".  Issue was also reproducible in Fiori Client from iTunes App Store.
