Symptom

When trying to load a Financials Fiori application you receive the error:

 "Could not open app. Please try again later."

When looking at the browser's console log you also see the errors:

  • failed to load <fileName> from <filePath>: 404 - NOT FOUND
  • found in negative cache...
  • Failed to load UI5 component with properties...
  • Failed to load U5 component for navigation intent...
