Symptom

When running sdbverify, or executing SAPHostAgent AttachDatabase command following error messages can be found in the sdbverify output or in the trace files of the SAPHostAgent:

ERR:    Installation is invalid
ERR:      Checking ACL for C:\sapdb\SDB\data\installations\SDB\config\install failed
ERR:        ACL entry BUILTIN\Users with rights GENERIC_READ  not found
