Add New Employee throws Wrapped Exception, Null Pointer Exception:

After filling up all the required and necessary fields in Add New Employee page,  clicked on Submit button to add a new employee in the system, below error message is generated:

The following flag is enabled in Provisioning system (without required configuration) of the Instance.

Un-checked this flag to resolve the issue.

Flag name is "Enable Inactive Internal User Search Index Deletion(Contact SF Release team for deleting already existing internal inactive users search index )"

Un-check the below flag in Provisioning System ( in Company Settings ) to resolve the issue.

Flag name: "Enable Inactive Internal User Search Index Deletion(Contact SF Release team for deleting already existing internal inactive users search index )"

-> Disabling this flag will not have impact in the Instance.
