2382872 - Insurance Plan Enrollment Error: No rate chart available for the specified Coverage, please contact administrator

It is not possible to enroll employees benefits in life insurance. An error is generated during enrollment.

1. HR administrator proxy as employee.
2. Access Benefit enrollment page and try to enroll to the benefit. Example benefit: "Life Insurance benefit".
3. Select the 'Plan', 'Enrolling For' fields.
4. When selecting 'Coverage' field, an error message regarding rate chart is generated: “No rate chart available for the specified coverage, please contact administrator”.

"View Current" Permission was missing for Insurance Rate Chart in Miscellaneous Permissions (Admin Center => Manage Permission Roles).

Navigate to Admin Center => Manage Permission Roles => select the 'Permission Role' the Employee belong to ( Admin Center => View User Permission => Search for Employee =>View Permission => Miscellaneous Permissions => Benefit ( Example -> R_EC_BRA_Beneficios ))

=> select "Permission…" tab => select "Miscellaneous Permissions" => Insurance Rate Chart

In “Visibility:” => check "View Current"  => Click "Done" => Save Changes.

 

 

Note:

We are providing the above permission ( View Current ) because:

=> In the Object Definition of "Insurance Rate Chart (BenefitInsuranceRateChart)"

In Security section => it is selected as "Secured : Yes"
