2383038 - Criticality Step fails for Users, Frequency and Runtime Data Pools in CCM

In the Criticality step (step 8) in solman setup of Custom Code Management, the runtime, frequency and users data pools fail with the following error:
"Extractor is not activated for <SID> System, data pool users/frequency/runtime. Please activate it"

SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 and higher

1. Tcode Solman_setup
2. Access "Custom Code Management" tab
3. Proceed to step 8 for relevant managed system
4. Data Pool table shows Users, Frequency and Runtime in error

The extractor related to Users, Frequency and Runtime (E2E_LUW_SECONDAR_EXTRACTOR_SSR) is not directly used by DVM and is not automatically activated with the correct settings during DVM setup

The following extractor needs to be activated : E2E_LUW_SECONDAR_EXTRACTOR_SSR

How to activate it:

Go to "Managed System Configuration" Scenario:

1. Select the SID of the system you want to activate the extractor for and then click on 'Full configuration'
2. Navigate to step 5: 'Enter System Parameters'
3. In Step 5, in the field RCA Extractor level, it should display "Level 3 (default): Collect all RCA-related metrics”, if it is not then the data collector will not be scheduled.
4. Once done, go to step 8 of "Managed System Configuration" and activate "extractor setup".
5. Wait a few hours for the extractor to finish and attempt the criticality step again
