2383410 - Error: 1. } or { is not there in target mapping key: work PermitInfo document number - Onboarding

• When selecting Hire from Manage Pending Hires received the below Error message:

 1. } or { is not there in target mapping key : work Permitinfo document number.

• Error in Manage Pending Hires

• Go to manage pending hires> select a candidate to hire> you will receive the error message.

• Key from the data dictionary that is being mapped to EC is not set to a Repeating Field.

1. Find the key that you are mapping the Work Permitinfo Document Number in the Data Dictionary within Onboarding.
2. To get to the Data Dictionary go to settings> data dictionary
3. Once in the Data Dictionary go to EC integrations and find the Key that is being mapped to the work permitinfo Document Number.
4. Double click on the key and a pop-up window will appear.
5. Edit the key to be a Repeating Field.
6. Go back to Manage Pending Hires and Hire the candidate and this time this will go through to EC.
