Symptom

When creating new custom view using data field iOS.Device.iOS version and the relational operators Less Than (<) or Greater Than (>) in the criteria, the result set is not as expected.

For example, if you have iOS 10.x devices and specify Greater Than 9 in the criteria, then devices with an iOS version lower than 10.x are shown
