2383951 - StreamingPlayBack with BigDateTime results in formatrecord error - SAP ESP 5.1

Symptom

When running StreamingPlayBack with a CSV file that has a BigDateTime column in the following format:

//input.csv
Events,I,Hellob,Worldb,"2016-06-27 14:48:24.605000"
Events,I,Helloa,Worlda,"2000-05-04 12:00:00.000000"


Will result in the following error:

error Converting data for stream(Events/Col3) – “2015-06-27 14:48:24.605000” bigdatetime constant does not match formatrecord
