2383989 - Document Generation Support for Advances - MDF Objects

Earlier only HRIS fields have been supported by EC System. Additionally MDF fields which are also referred via HRIS entities like compensation, job Info are also supported now. In other words 'Advances'  objects are also incorporated by Document generation.

Employee Central -- Advances

Go to admin cener --> Document Generation Template

Select "Create New Template" as below (sample)

Here we have created a table with a users advances details.  Now navigate to Admin Center --> Document Generation - Manage Document Template Mapping

And you can map the entities/variables defined in the template to the Advances object and its respective field, as below:

If the user has maintained the data then we go to Admin  center - Generate Document

And you can select the user and template at this page. Now because the advances object is an Non effective dated entity. Hence it will fetch all the records available for the user.

And the when click on download, you will get a document of:
