2384027 - Error A2210233:Kerberos ticket contains wrong service name target

Symptom

The following error message shows up when using SNC Client Encryption/SAP Single Sign On to log on to an AS ABAP system.

GSS-API(maj):Miscellaneous failure
GSS-API(min):A2210233:Kerberos ticket contains wrong service name target= "xxx"

The content "xxx" is specified in the field SNC name at Network tab page of SAPGUI.

Or,

the error message: "An internal error occurred during ticket validation. Check the trace file for more details."

is showing when click on "token check" in Service Principal Names tab in SPNEGO transaction.
