  • Once you have the information, configure it in the template via Admin Center > Manage Templates > Performance Review > Click PM Template & Edit fields and sections
  • Configure PM template with Block Type, Block Id, and link on PM form

(Code should be: [[BLOCKLINK|blockid|blockType|dispalyname]])

  • If the portlet is not available on the user's profile page, it is regarded as unauthorized portlet in PM form

Q&A for block link in Latest People Profile:
1.Can I continue using the block link in form if I enabled Latest People Profile?
Yes, you can. The configuration in form template is still working.

2.How can I configure block links with Latest People Profile?
Currently, there is no block ID in Latest People Profile, you need to turn off it and get the block id in legacy people profile. Then the configuration is the same as legacy people profile.

3.The legacy people profile is plan to be deleted on Nov 15, 2025? How can we use the block link after that?
Nov 15, 2025 is a planned date. Currently PM engineering team is discussing with EC engineering team about this feature.
Please check What's New Viewer in future release for further progress.

Note: currently, this function has not been supported in Mobile.
