2384512 - Application Error Occurs upon Creating a New Event Reason

An application error message is displayed upon creating a new Event Reason.

Successfactors Employee Central

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structure.

2. Create an Event Reason.

FOtranslation object is secured. The user who is creating the event reason does not have necessary access or permission to FOtranslation Generic Object.

The user who will create the event reason should have the necessary access or permission to FOTranslation Object.  Or you can disable the security on FOTranslation.

If giving permissions to FOTranslation does not resolve the issue, kindly create an Employee Central Support ticket and provide the following:

1. Company ID

2. Username that has the partner support access (You can check this link on how to enable support access to a username:2179904)

3. Application error (text not screenshot).
