2384588 - MM13/MM14: Planned change in material master doesn't work

You get the following error/information though you have deactivated planned changes for materials.

• Error M3716 "Error in reading change documentation" occurs in transaction MM13 if you want to activate scheduled changes for a key date.
• Information "No change documents exist." occurs in transaction MM14 if you want to display planned changes.
