2384620 - The business transaction is opened in Edit mode instead of Display mode

Symptom

  • When displaying a business transaction, e.g. using Display button for a service request in the Agent Inbox, the business transaction is opened in Edit mode.
  • After saving a business transaction, e.g. a service request, the business transaction is kept in Edit mode even though the parameter NO_DISTRIBUTION_LOCK_ON_SAVE (SAP Note 1457641) has been set for your business role.
