2384633 - Disable "Forgot Username" feature on Login Page

Symptom

  • Why am I not able to see the Support FAQ link in login page?
  • How can we disable the forgot username option from Login Page?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Resolution

  1. Login as an administrator > Admin center;
  2. Go/Search to Password & Login Policy Settings;
  3. Uncheck "Enable Forgot Username feature";

  1. Then Click on Set Password & Login Policy to save the change;

Once the above changes has been made, user will be redirected to the below page upon clicking on Forgot password icon on Login page:
