Time zones CDT not available in the Manage Users Drop Down

The short format of Timzones are not supported as per the product design and hence the short forms are not available in the drop down of Timezone field under Manage users. Supported time zones in SuccessFactors -> 2089497 - TIMEZONE Column and Supported International Time Zone Codes
