2385086 - ERR> No destination for gateway source / unable to route calls into SAP Contact Center

Symptom

  • When new calls arrive to the VOIP Gateway, they are rejected by SAP Contact Center.
  • Upon checking the CD (Call Dispatcher logs) you will notice the following error : "ERR> No destination for gateway source=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX" where X= the SIP Bridge GUID.
  • In the SIP Bridge logs, you will notice an invite for the particular inbound call with a 100 = trying and then a 404 = Not Found ACKs.
