2385106 - Record Learning not for credit issue

An administrator marked an Instructor-Led Training as incomplete in "Record Learning" for the affected user as they didn't pass the exam. The user still shows up in "Record Learning" for the administrator.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Record Learning for 2 users (one for credit and the other not for credit)
   
   

2. Note the validation message provided

3. After leaving the screen above click record learning again from within the Action menu of the Scheduled Offering record or from the Users > Tools > Record learning.

4. Note that only the user who was granted 'Not for Credit' status is still showing

As per our product management this is expected behavior of the system. Since the assignment was not successfully completed, the items remains assigned to the user and therefore the user will be displayed in the Record Learning section as well.
