2385537 - "Saving... Errors Detected" while deleting Custom Reports - LMS

Receiving "Saving... Errors Detected" while deleting Custom Reports and the report is not deleted:

2. Go to Reports
3. Edit one of your custom reports
4. Click "Delete"

Issue : Importing reports with similar names creates unique workflows that share the same label_id that can cause issue when we try to remove them.

Issue Description: When a report is imported into the LMS, we have the option to rename the report. Renaming the report causes the system to recognize the report as a new report (assuming that we are giving it a name that is not in the system already) and creates a new workflow. But if we add another report with the same name, the system will create a new workflow, but the new workflow will share the label ID as the original workflow. This will cause problems later on if/when an admin tries to delete one of the similarly named reports and if we attempt to do so, we will receive a "Saving..Errors Detected" message on the Edit pop up window for all the reports with the same name as they are duplicate of one another.

Please unpublish the affected reports so that they do not show up in the list of published reports for Admin and User, and they will not be able to run this report anymore. Since this is a cloud application, existence of the unpublished reports is not going to cost you anything (the consumed storage space has no effect on your business).

To prevent this issue in the future, whenever you import any new reports, please make sure to provide unique names (even a slight variation would do the trick like an additional character).
