Symptom

This KBA article provides information for administrators to enable timezones from SuccessFactors Learning Administration.

Environment

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Support Versions

Resolution

As of version B1611, where admin can enable/disable timezones as per their requirement.

  • Login into Success Factors Learning Administration.
  • Navigate to System Admin > References > Calendars & Time > Time Zone Management.
  • Select/Deselect as per admin's requirement.

Time zones with 'Display' selected will display in the UI.
