2386512 - Transports are hanging and SM21 reports undefined event errors

Transports are hanging and you get the following errors:

1. In SM21, the following error shows up every minute while tp is running:

Event handler: Event ################################ is not defined

2. The tp log file SLOG<mmdd>.<SID> gets updated every minute with the following warning messages:

WARNING: System <SID>. Warning.        <Time Stamp> :
WARNING:       Background job RDDIMPDP could not be started or terminated abnormally.
      Please check that the R/3 system is running.
      Please check the system. Use transactions SM21, SM37, SM50.
WARNING:       (This warning is harmless if no further warnings follow.)
