Symptom

Scheduling publication with Post Procesing Plugin fails with error:

ERROR [PublishingService:RunInstancePool-153] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminLog_Instance_222651 - [Publication ID # 222651] - Post-processing plugin failure! Cannot instantiate plugin class test.SafetyExtension. (FBE60208)

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: SafetyExtension

at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.loader.BundleLoader.findClassInternal(BundleLoader.java:513)

at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.loader.BundleLoader.findClass(BundleLoader.java:429)

Scheduling new custom publication fails with: 

ERROR [PublishingService:RunInstancePool-1] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminLog_Instance_13084 - [Publication ID # 13084] - Post-processing plugin failure!  Cannot instantiate plugin class vwg.fisview.boe.FISVIEWPublicationExtension. (FBE60208)
