2386643 - How to handle with inconsistent runtime objects with dump DDIC_TYPE_INCONSISTENCY, DDIC_TYPELENG_INCONSISTENT or DDIC_TYPES_INCONSISTENT

The runtime object of a dictionary object is inconsistent. Dumps like DDIC_TYPELENG_INCONSISTENT, DDIC_TYPES_INCONSISTENT or DDIC_TYPE_INCONSISTENCY may occur.

In SE11 'Utilities -> Runtime Object -> Check' the following message can be seen.

"Active runtime object and Active source has Inconsistent"
