Have a workflow where:
1. EMM; Respect permission = No
2. EM; Respect permission = Yes
Let EM does not have any permission to view/edit Dependent information. Trigger a Dependent workflow. Approve as step 1 approver (EMM). Proxy as EM and click on the request. The Dependent information is visible even though no permission is granted.
