Employee Central: Employment Details

retirementDate is a transient field and the data should not be set by hris sync mapping for retirementDate.

1. Check if the fingerprint of the error is fingerprint=4bcb62a413914b7180f45ad0fa787287dc34cd15 .
2. If yes, then check if you had defined retirementDate standard field under hris sync mappings in Succession Data Model (SDM). If you do not have access to SDM, you can check it from Manage Business Configuration.
3. You can also consider checking- Admin Center -> Retirement Eligibility Settings and configure the Retirement Eligibility Settings, if issue persists.
4. If still the issue is not solved then kindly contact SAP Cloud Product Support.
