2386824 - Field "Job number" in Employment Details during New Hire though it is not configured

Symptom

Customer sees the field "Job Number" in Employment Details during new hire and in adhoc reports. This field does not appear in existing user's Employment Details section. Also, this is currently not configured in Succession Data Model (SDM)/Country-Specific SDM (CSF SDM). It was previously configured in SDM but currently it has been removed.

Environment

Employee Central: New Hire

Resolution

1. Goto "Manage Business Configuration" in Admin Center and select employmentInfo.
2. Add the "jobNumber" field and set Enabled=No and Mandatory=No.

If the issue persists, please contact your implementation partner or Customer Success for making the following configuration in SDM:
Add the "jobNumber" field to hris-element "employmentInfo" and set the visibility="none"
