Symptom

DSI thread into RSSD shuts down with:

I.  The DSI thread for database 'RRS_RSSD_SERVER.RRS_rssd' is started.
E.  ERROR #50 DSI EXEC(nnn(1) RRS_RSSD_SERVER.RRS_rssd) - s/stsrep.c(548)  'rs_databases' system table is corrupt.
I.   The DSI thread for database 'RRS_RSSD_SERVER.RRS_rssd' is shutdown.
 
NOTE:  Replicating into an RSSD implies this is by definition functioning as a "replicate" repserver.)
