2386877 - Duplicate Rows are Displayed in Dashboards Chart Drill Down (Analytics Tile Builder)

Multiple rows for the same record are returned in the drill-down information of a custom Dashboard tile.

The report returns all matches according to query definition but the dashboard tile does not exclude the duplicate records.

Use the Enable Distinct feature in the Drill Down Tab of the Tile Builder.  This will show only the unique records.

Admin Center > Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files > Select and Edit Tile to get to Analytics Tile Builder > Drill Down
