2386890 - Contingent Workforce: IsContingentWorker Permission Group

Permission Groups for Contingent Workers in the guide says that we should setup a permission group with 0 = employees and 1 = contingent workers, however when we try and search for '1' to assign to the contingent workers excluding group, it does not appear.
