There is a requisition status field or other field in Detailed Reporting - Recruiting that is not available for filtering when used in a query.

Cause
The filter function tries to draw data from all job requisition templates. Any difference in the picklists may cause the field to be unavailable, as the selectable values will not be consistent.
Resolution
Ensure that all job requisition templates all have the same picklist values in the field. You may need to arrange for assistance to achieve this, so speak to your account team or Professional Services.
