Cross Domain reporting allows users to create a report with data from recruiting with additional columns of data coming from other areas such as Employee Profile, Performance, etc; rather than using two separate reports.

Resolution
In the past, Recruiting allowed only Single Domain Reporting on ‘Recruiting v2’ and ‘Recruiting v2 Secured’ domains. These ad-hoc reports showed data from Recruiting only. With Cross Domain reporting, it is now possible to create a report showing Candidate or Operator data from Recruiting as well as additional information about that Employee such as org information, education, language skills, leadership experience, etc within the same report.

Ad-hoc Reporting must be enabled
