When the data type format of a characetristic is set to 'Currency Format' or 'Numeric Format'
and additionally the 'Interval Values allowed' is activated, and the number of characters allowed is equal to or greater than 11,
the Template is changed automatically by the system and does not contain dots as the thousand separator.
When 'Intervals Allowed' is not activated, the thousand separators in the Template are not being removed when the number of characters is
equal to or greater than 11.
When the 'Number of Chars' is equal to or less than 10 and 'Intervals Allowed' is active, the thousand separators in the Template are not being removed.
