2387287 - Recommended Collections in Assignment Profile - SuccessFactors LMS

Symptom

Once we create a Collection as an admin and want to make it Recommended through any Assignment profile, we can't find the "Recommended collections" tab in the Related section of the AP.

Reproducing the Issue

1. create Collection (Learning > Collection)

2. Create Assignment Profile (Users> AP)

3. In the new AP, look for Recommended collections" tab but can't find it

Cause

Though we have Recommended collections added in the Record Configuration of Assignment profile, one of the property in LMS_ADMIN is not enabled to make this tab visible in assignment profile.

Resolution

To make this Recommeded Collections tab visible in any assignment profile, the property 'enableItemRecommendations' under SysAdmin --> Configuration --> System Configuration --> LMS ADMIN, should be set to true.
