Symptom

  • User unable to login to CMC with Windows AD if "Create new aliases only when a user logon" radio button is selected in Windows AD plugin.
  • Error message: 'Account Information Not Recognized:Logon Failed.  Please make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group' (FWM 00029)
