2387519 - Groups filter in Dashboards 2.0 missing

In the filter options of the legacy Dashboards 1.0, there is a "Groups" option under Team View in which users can create their own custom or user-defined groups. These groups can be created by each user in the Options menu located at the Username dropdown (top right). 

Is this feature that allows reports to filter on dynamic groups available in Dashboards 2.0?
