2387550 - Unable to activate the OData service for a Fiori Analytic App on S4HANA

Adding an ODATA service in transaction /n/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE with System Alias and Technical Service Name fails with an error.

The error details can be different, such as:

• Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend <system alias> - An exception was raised...
  Message no. /IWFND/MED024 
  
  
• In Transaction /n/IWBEP/ERROR_LOG, there is error log, like:

For this error, if run the query in transaction RSRT in the backend BW system with the system alias as specified, exception is hit.
Possible errors are: CREATE_DTAPRO_FROM_DDFIELD-0XXXX (for example, 0CURRENCY)

"Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible."

If you check the Request that you get with the Developer Tool(F12) in Fiori Launchpad,  the error that you see when you click the app is "No service found for namespace '', name 'XXXXXXXX', version 'XXXX'".  

• Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend <system alias> - Metadata call for model xxxx was not successful....
