Symptom

  • The following error message appears when opening Web Intelligence documents since updating to HOTFIX 1: "Illegal access to the viewer, please use a valid url"

  • In the Web Intelligence trace logs, the following exception can be found:

    Text: Uncaught Exception in SilentScope: GenericContainer_WorkEntityFactoryImpl:createSession: 0.002
    Error=generic exception : WebiPlugin version=1.0 plugin not loaded
