Symptom

Reproducing the Issue
- Create the desired custom field(s) > Try to import data using the Import Data feature >
- System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data.
Cause
The "Custom Column Name" column in the entity template file contains the custom field number instead of the label name or the custom field label doesn't exist in the system.
Resolution
Please, make sure that the custom field and its label exist in the system: System Administration > Custom Fields > Search/Choose and access the desired entity.
Ex.: User custom field > The custom field is labeled as "DIVISION".
How to import data the data:
- System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data >
- The "Custom Column Name" column should contain custom field label value not the ID/number >
- After filling out the file, proceed with the import > Submit > Run/Schedule the job >
- Then, verify the record to confirm the creation/update.
